Learn more about Lychee

The name's Lychee. I'm just a shy girl hoping to find a calm home where I can spend my days curled up somewhere sunny and warm. The time I spent out in the big scary world has left me a little scarred and wary of most things, so don't be offended if I don't come up to you straight away. With a bit of time, patience and most importantly love, I will come around without fail. Treats will go a long way to winning me over - I may even eat out of your hand. While I'm not overly fond of being held, I actually really like sitting in my favourite human's lap while they gently stroke me, so if you'd like to get to know me, that's definitely the way! Because of my timid nature, small humans in the house won't be a good match for me, although I can be very curious of my own kind. I need a space where I can feel safe enough to open up, so a quiet and relaxing household would suit me best. If you think you could be the one for me, come by the Ipswich AWL Rehoming Centre today.

PLEASE DONATE.

Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal’s profile.

This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn’t been marked as ‘adopted’, the animal is still here.

Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
