Hi, my name is Scooter!
I have been waiting
54 DAYS for a home

Learn more about Scooter

Meet Scooter, the playful pup looking for her new home. Scooter here is a curious girl who loves to learn, play and have lots of fun. She loves to put her brain to the test by learning new tricks and manners, so she would definitely love to be signed up to puppy school where she can further her training and dog socialization. She loves to make new friends, whether that be with other doggies or with her humans. So, if you have another doggie friend at home, make sure you bring them in to say hello before welcoming Scooter into her new family. Her favourite activity is to put on her best puppy dog eyes and convince you to stay home and snuggle all day long. Who could say no to a face that cute?! Another great thing about Scooter is how active she loves to be. She will always be up for a game of fetch or chase. So, make sure you're ready with your running shoes because you will definitely need them. If Scooter sounds like the girl for you, come in and meet her today!

While I’m awaiting my forever home, I’m being fed Savour Life, who are generous partners of AWLQ!

Help AWLQ continue to care for homeless animals like me...

Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal’s profile.

This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn’t been marked as ‘adopted’, the animal is still here.

Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
