Meet Cougar – A Beautiful Dalmatian Looking for His Perfect Match!
Cougar is a stunning Dalmatian with a heart full of love, but he needs time to feel comfortable in new environments. He can be a little nervous at first, so patience and understanding are key to helping him settle in and build trust. Once he warms up, Cougar is a sweet and loyal companion who will thrive with the right family.
This intelligent boy needs plenty of mental enrichment to keep him engaged and happy. Training is highly recommended, not only to reinforce positive behaviors but also to create a strong bond between him and his new family. He’s best suited for experienced dog owners, particularly those familiar with Dalmatians or who have done extensive research on the breed and their unique needs. Because of his sensitive nature, he’s not a good match for first-time dog owners, young children, or a busy household.
Cougar will do best in a calm and structured home with a stable routine. He absolutely loves playing tug, so be ready for some fun play sessions! To ensure the best fit, all family members will need to come in for a meet-and-greet before adoption.
If you have the experience, patience, and dedication to give Cougar the loving home he deserves, come meet him today!

Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal's profile.
This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn't been marked as 'adopted', the animal is still here.
Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
