I’m a lovely girl with a gentle soul – the kind who might hang back at first, quietly watching the world and deciding who’s worthy of my affection (spoiler: it could be you). I can be a little shy when meeting new people, exploring unfamiliar places, or saying hello to other dogs, but with patience, kindness, and a calm environment, I start to bloom like my namesake tree. 🌿

What I need is a home that can offer calm to my storm – people who move at my pace, understand that slow and steady wins my heart, and who can help me keep building my confidence and social skills. Once I feel safe, my loving side shines bright. I’ll curl up next to you, serenade you with my sweet (and sometimes vocal) dachshund chatter, and remind you every day how wonderful it feels to earn a dog’s trust. 💛
