Meet Rocky! Rocky is a charming 2-year-old Dachshund with a big personality packed into his small body 🐶. Dachshunds are known for their loyalty, intelligence, and curious nature, originally bred as working dogs. Rocky lives up to his roots with his alert attitude and love of exploring his surroundings, while also enjoying plenty of affection and time with his people. He will thrive with daily walks, enrichment, and reinforcing positive behaviours. If you already have another dog please bring them in to ensure they’re a good match!💖
In terms of health, Dachshunds can be prone to back issues due to their long spine, so it’s important to support Rocky with appropriate exercise, a healthy diet, and care to avoid excessive jumping or strain. With the right home, Rocky will make a loving and devoted companion. 🐾
