Gylfie and Marella are two proud Nordic hens who rule their frosty barnyard like feathered shieldmaidens of the north. Gylfie, with plumage pale as winter birch bark and sharp amber eyes, moves with quiet, snow-soft precision, ever watchful as the morning mist curls over the fields. Marella, dusk-feathered with deep russet and charcoal tones, carries the warmth of a hearthfire in her steady gaze, bold and unruffled even when the wind howls like a fjord gale. Together they patrol their wooden realm with dignified struts and low, melodic clucks that echo like ancient sagas across the yard, scratching runes in the frost-kissed earth and gifting strong, speckled eggs as offerings to the rising northern sun.
