Meet Dexy, a 12-week-old ginger tabby with a sweet soul and a heart that’s learning to be brave. This shy little guy has been growing steadily more confident in his loving foster home, and it’s been a joy to watch him come out of his shell at his own pace.
Dexy may be a bit reserved at first and will need time to trust his new family, but patience will be rewarded. Once he feels safe, his gentle personality shines through. During playtime, all bets are off-wand toys, rolling balls, and anything that skitters across the floor help him forget his nerves and embrace his kitten energy. Treats are another guaranteed way to win him over (he’s very open to negotiation).
Dexy would thrive in a calm, understanding home that will let him set the pace and celebrate each small victory. With kindness, play, and a few tasty snacks, Dexy will blossom into a loving, loyal companion.
