Phoenix is a “slow burn” kind of girl. In new environments, she prefers to observe from the sidelines, taking her time to make sure the coast is clear. However, once that “shell” cracks, get ready! Phoenix has a natural affinity for women. She finds comfort in their presence and tends to bond much more quickly with female handlers.
Phoenix is looking for a patient, understanding “forever” home. She likes other dogs so would be ok with another dog in the home that can guide her and help with her confidence.
