🌸 Sweet Pea – Approximately 1 Year Old | Grey Tabby | Sweet by Name, Sweet by Nature

Sweet Pea earned her name for a reason-this beautiful young grey tabby is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl who loves spending time with her people.

✨ Sweet Pea’s favourite things:
β€’ 🍽️ Food (especially if treats are involved!)
β€’ 🎾 Playtime and interactive toys
β€’ ❀️ Gentle affection and companionship
β€’ 🏠 Cozy hideaways where she can feel safe

πŸ“– A little about Sweet Pea:
While Sweet Pea is now showing her loving and playful personality, she didn’t always find the world so easy. When she first came into our care, she was extremely timid and unsure of her surroundings. Having a cozy cat cave gave her a safe place to retreat, relax, and gradually start building her confidence.

Watching her blossom has been a joy, and she’s shown us just how much love she has to give once she feels secure.

🏑 Her ideal home:
β€’ πŸ’› Patient adopters who will give her time to settle in
β€’ πŸ›οΈ Multiple cozy cat caves and hiding spots throughout the home
β€’ 🌳 A tall cat tower where she can observe the world from a safe distance
β€’ 🎾 Plenty of opportunities for play and enrichment
β€’ ❀️ People who understand that trust is built over time

πŸ’ What to expect:
Sweet Pea may need a little time to find her feet in a new environment, and there may be moments when she prefers to retreat to one of her safe spaces when life feels overwhelming. Having places where she can hide, rest, and observe helps her feel secure and confident.

Once she trusts you, though, you’ll discover the sweet, smoochy companion hiding beneath that cautious exterior. She loves attention, enjoys a good play session, and is always happy to see food arriving on schedule!

🌸 Sweet Pea is looking for a family who can offer patience, understanding, and plenty of cozy hideaways. In return, she’ll reward you with affection, companionship, and the privilege of watching her confidence continue to grow.

While I'm awaiting my forever home, I'm being fed Royal Canin, who are generous partners of AWLQ!
