Hi, I’m Queen Tootsie! I’m a sweet, affectionate girl who loves being part of the family. Whether I’m enjoying cuddles, following you around, or showing off my charming personality, I’m always happiest spending time with my people. I’m available on a foster-to-adopt basis and will need to return on 02/07 for my procedure before heading home with my forever family on 03/07. Could I be your perfect match?
