Learn more about Callisto
Callisto is a sweet but very timid girl who is looking for a calm, quiet, and understanding home where she can slowly learn to feel safe and secure. She will need a lot of time, patience, and reassurance to settle into new surroundings, and would do best with someone who understands cat behaviour and is happy to let her progress at her own pace without pressure. While she may be hesitant at first, Callisto has a gentle nature that begins to shine through once she starts building trust and confidence.
Like Io, Callisto is extremely treat motivated and responds wonderfully to positive reinforcement, making treats a great way to help strengthen her confidence and build a bond with her. She is deeply bonded to Io and the two must be adopted together, as they rely heavily on one another for comfort, companionship, and reassurance. Because of her timid nature, Callisto would be best suited to a quieter household with adults only or older teens aged 15+. She would also do best in a home without dogs, and ideally a home where she and Io can be the only pets so they can feel completely safe, comfortable, and settled together.
