Learn more about Shadow
Shadow is a sensitive, gentle boy with a lot of love to give, though he can be very timid when first meeting new people. New environments and unfamiliar faces can feel overwhelming for him, so he’ll need a calm, patient home where he’s given plenty of time and reassurance to settle in at his own pace. With kindness and understanding, Shadow slowly begins to feel safe-and that’s when his true, affectionate nature starts to shine.
Once he’s built trust, Shadow becomes a lovely companion who enjoys quiet moments by your side. He loves to flop down next to you and lean in for gentle cuddles, happily keeping you company in a calm, relaxed environment. He isn’t the type to demand constant attention, but he forms strong bonds and shows his love in soft, meaningful ways.
Shadow would be best suited to an adult-only home or one with older teens (16+) who can respect his need for space and allow him to come out of his shell in his own time. He may also be open to living with another feline friend, as he has had positive experiences with other cats before, provided introductions are slow and thoughtful.
With patience and love, Shadow will reward his new family with quiet companionship and a truly special bond. 🐾

Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal's profile.
This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn't been marked as 'adopted', the animal is still here.
Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
