Meet Poppi! 🐾

Poppi is a sweet 8-month-old Border Collie mix who is full of charm, energy, and affection. She’s a friendly young girl who absolutely adores the company of other dogs and takes a lot of comfort and confidence from having a canine companion by her side. Because of this, Poppi will need a home with another friendly dog already in place-she truly thrives with a dog buddy to help her feel settled and happy.

Poppi enjoys being around her people and is happiest in a home where someone is around more often during the day. Having a consistent routine and companionship helps her feel secure, and she blossoms when she’s not left on her own for long stretches.

She’s a playful girl who loves a good romp and game with her dog friends, but she also knows how to switch off-once she’s had her fun, she’s more than happy to relax and chill out nearby. Poppi is also very food- and toy-motivated, and she LOVES enrichment activities that keep her busy and engaged.

As a young dog, Poppi is still learning her manners and can sometimes be a bit bouncy and enthusiastic. She’ll benefit from continued training to help her channel her excitement in positive ways, but she’s very responsive and eager to learn.

Poppi would make a wonderful addition to a calm, dog-friendly home that can offer her companionship, structure, and plenty of enrichment.
