Meet this striking 3-year-old Wolfhound x Shar Pei, a unique boy with a thoughtful soul and a quiet charm. π
He’s a dog who marches to the beat of his own drum-independent by nature, yet still very much enjoys his people time. Whether he’s doing his own thing nearby or choosing to come in for some affection, he offers a beautiful balance of companionship and self-sufficiency.
This handsome lad is looking for an experienced owner who understands dogs that need clear boundaries, patience, and ongoing guidance. In the right home, with the right leadership, he will continue to grow into an incredibly rewarding companion.
He will need to be the only dog in the home, where he can feel secure in his environment and build a strong, trusting bond with his person without the stress of sharing his space.
Currently, he is undergoing heartworm treatment, so his new family must be committed to supporting him through his recovery. This includes following veterinary guidance and ensuring he has a calm, restful environment while he heals. The reward? Watching him come out the other side ready to enjoy life to the fullest with you by his side.
While I'm awaiting my forever home, I'm being fed Savour Life, who are generous partners of AWLQ!
