Hi, I’m Missy!

I’ve come a long way since first arriving here at the shelter. Where I was once a shrinking violet, too frightened to show my face, I am now a proper attention seeker. Despite still getting used to handling, as soon as the affection begins, I’ll respond with eager head-butts, nuzzles, kitty kisses and purrs. Just watch my face turn to bliss as I lean into your every touch.

Although my confidence continues to grow each day, I can still be a tad wary when it comes to settling into new environments. But rest assured, a bit of patience and plenty of love is all it takes for me to be back to my adoring self and once I have, you’ll have a friend for life in me! Because I’m still learning how to come out of my shell, I would prefer for my forever home to be a calm and quiet place with adults who understand my sensitive side.
