I’m Meelah!

My sister, Maylee, and I first arrived here at the shelter after losing our previous family. It was a tough experience, finding ourselves suddenly without a home or our loved ones, and it has left us a tad shy. Luckily, we have each other to lean on. We’ve been together our whole lives, you see, and that’s how we’d like to stay: together.

But first thing’s first, let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a sweet but independent lady, curious by nature and soft to the touch. Like any true ragdoll, I’m as fluffy as a cloud and take much pride in keeping my appearance both beautiful and respectable. As such, I would greatly appreciate if my future family could help keep me looking my best with regular grooming.

Maylee and I are seeking a calm and loving home with adults and older children who will allow us to settle in on our own time. While we are not so keen on the boisterous energy of dogs or young children, we have previous experience living with another cat and would be okay doing so again, provided introductions are slow.
