Bagel is a super sweet guy with a big heart and an even bigger love for sniffing! He would absolutely thrive in a home that can provide him with plenty of enrichment-sniffaris, scent games, and adventurous walks are right up his alley.
He’s a strong puller on lead, so a harness is recommended, but his enthusiasm for life is contagious. With secure fencing and no gaps (he was impounded as a stray), he’ll be safe while enjoying his new home.
This clever boy is very well toilet trained and will need both indoor and outdoor access. He’s excitable when meeting other dogs, so a meet and greet is required before joining a home with canine companions. The same goes for kids-he’s sweet but can be a little unsure with close handling.
Off-lead play will need to wait until he’s had more recall training, as he can be quite stubborn about coming back when called.
