Dusty is a sweet, affectionate young pup who absolutely loves people! While he can be a little shy at first, it doesn’t take long for his playful and loving nature to shine through. Once he trusts you, he’s all in – a true velcro dog who thrives on connection and companionship.

He’s still learning about the world, so Dusty will benefit from ongoing socialisation and positive reinforcement training to help build his confidence. He’s a sensitive soul who can be a little unsure at times, but with gentle guidance and consistency, he’ll blossom into a well-rounded companion.

Dusty would love a home where he has both indoor and outdoor access – he really feels the heat and needs a cool, comfortable space to retreat to. Secure fencing is a must to keep him safe as he continues to explore and gain confidence.

If you’re considering Dusty as a second dog, a meet and greet is essential to ensure a good match. He may also be suited to a home with dog-savvy children aged 6 and over – he can be a little jumpy when seeking comfort, so older kids who understand boundaries will be best.
