Hi, my name is Calliope!

I have been waiting 7 days for a home

Learn more about Calliope

Hi there, I’m Calliope – a soft-spoken little soul with a gentle heart. I may be shy at first and tend to take the world in quietly, but once I feel safe, my sweet side comes out in the loveliest ways. I adore cozy moments, gentle chin scritches, and-most importantly-treats (I won’t say no to those!).

I’m looking for a calm, patient home where I can bloom at my own pace. I’d do best without small children or energetic dogs, but I wouldn’t mind having a kind, respectful kitty friend to share my days with. If you’re someone who appreciates quiet companionship, subtle affection, and the joy of seeing a timid heart open up, I think we could be a perfect match.

I may be a little slow to trust, but once I do, I’ll love you deeply and softly – in my own special way. Come say hello today!

While I'm awaiting my forever home, I'm being fed Royal Canin, who are generous partners of AWLQ!

Please Note:

Please visit our Animal Rehoming Centres during opening hours to meet our animals and adopt. No appointment is needed. For select animals, we will require an email application. Where this is the case, instructions will be specified on the animal's profile.

This website is live and updates frequently. To check if an animal is available, please check their adoption profile. If it is active and hasn't been marked as 'adopted', the animal is still here.

Please be aware there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location, the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted, or another party might be going through the adoption process.
