Percy is wonderfully chatty and loves to keep his people company, whether that’s following you around the house or offering commentary on your day. Percy does have FIV, but it doesn’t slow him down one bit-it simply makes him a little more special. He’s happy, healthy, and ready to enjoy life to the fullest.
