Howdy folks, I’m Polar Bear!
I’m just a big boy with an even bigger heart, looking to find my place in this big world. While I’m certainly no stranger to bear hugs, I much prefer some good old-fashioned pats to full-blown cuddles. I’m quite the avid seeker of attention, contently following my favourite humans around the house or nuzzling their legs when I’m feeling keen for some extra love. I’m a real foodie too, so be sure to keep me well fed and I’ll reward you with plenty of love in return!
As much as I adore pats and attention, I do believe in having too much of a good thing. My friends here at the shelter say I can get a tad overexcited with too much handling, so I’d be best suited with a family of adults and children old enough to respect my occasional need for downtime.
