Greetings and salutations, I am Gilbert.

I’m what you might call a gentle giant. Being seven years old, I have fully embraced my age and prefer to take the calmer path in life. You won’t find me tearing up the halls in the middle of the night; instead, I love to curl up and nap someplace warm, like your bed or your lap. I can be a bit of a chatterbox at times, but I promise never to talk your ear off and with my soothing, soft-spoken voice, our conversations will be like music to your ears.

A fine gentleman, I always remember my manner whether I’m around big humans or little humans, lovingly leaning into every pat, scratch and stroke. I’m eager to find a nice relaxing retirement home where I can live out my twilight years surrounded by comfort and affection.
