Say hello to Loki, a gentle soul with a big heart and so much love to give! This handsome boy can be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he turns into a total cuddle bug – the ultimate velcro dog! He’ll happily lean into you for pats and soak up all the affection you’re willing to share. 💙
Loki is a bright, food-motivated boy who loves enrichment games, slow feeders, and anything that keeps his mind busy. With a bit of confidence-building and patience, he’ll truly thrive. He walks beautifully on a harness and would enjoy daily strolls where he can explore at his own pace and take in the world around him.
Because Loki can be a little timid with new experiences, he’d do best with someone who’s owned dogs before and can give him gentle guidance as he continues to grow in confidence. He’s lived with children before, and while we recommend older kids (12+) due to his sensitivity, he may do well with younger ones after a successful meet and gree. Loki will fill the dog sized hole in your heart and would like to be the only dog in the household, he’d prefer all the loving to himself!
This sweet boy would love a home where he has indoor/outdoor access, a comfy spot to nap, and a family who understands that he just needs a little time to settle in. Once he feels safe, Loki’s loyalty, affection, and gentle nature will shine through – he’ll be your shadow, your adventure buddy, and your best friend. 🐾
