🐾 Meet Toa – Your Big, Gentle Companion! ❤️

Hi, I’m Toa! I’m a handsome 1 year and 8 month old Mastiff x American Staffy boy with a heart as big as my smile. Right now, I’m looking for a foster-to-adopt home while I finish my heartworm treatment – but don’t worry, that just means I get a little extra TLC while I recover! Once my treatment is complete, I’ll be ready to officially call my new family mine.

I’m a loving, people-focused boy who adores attention, pats, and being part of whatever’s happening. I’ve lived with kids of all ages, from babies to teens, and did really well with them. Because I’m a big, strong lad, I’d love to meet any smaller children first to make sure everyone’s comfortable and confident together.

I’ve met lots of dogs and get along fine with both males and females, though I’m not really one to hang around for playtime once we’ve said hello – I’d be just as happy being the only dog soaking up all the love for myself.

I’m toilet trained, enjoy both indoor and outdoor time, and I walk nicely on lead (though I can be a bit strong when I’m excited to explore!). I’m also learning better manners around doors – I just can’t wait to see what’s next! 🚶‍♂️

What I really want is an active, loving home with secure fencing and someone who’ll include me in their daily adventures. I’m affectionate, loyal, and ready to give all my heart – once it’s healthy again! 💕
