Once he decides you’re one of his people though, get ready-because he is super smoochy and full of love. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply and shows his affection in the best ways.
Arthur is still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place, and he’ll need a patient, understanding home that’s happy to help him build confidence at his own pace. Watching him come out of his shell is incredibly rewarding.
He’s happy to be a single dog and soak up all the love, but a calm, friendly dog in the home may help teach him a thing or two. A meet and greet will be important to make sure it’s the right match. Arthur is thoughtful, sensitive, and quietly charming, and once he trusts you, he’s all in.
