Hi, I’m Henry 💛

I’m a sensitive boy will do best in a calm, predictable home where I can truly relax and feel safe. I’m looking for a single-dog household where I can soak up all the love and build a strong, trusting bond with my people.

I really appreciate clear guidance and ongoing, positive training – it helps me feel confident and understand what’s expected of me 🐾 Busy places like dog parks and off-leash beaches are a bit too much for me. I may be able to be housed with children, for best measure please bring them along to meet me to ensure we get along!

I rely a lot on my humans to understand my body language and advocate for me 🐕 Sometimes I can feel frustrated when I’m on lead, so I need calm, confident handlers who can manage me carefully and help set me up for success. With patience, consistency, and the right support, I can truly thrive. I shine when my world is calm and well managed 🌿

With continued training and thoughtful management, I may even be able to have dog friends in the future, but for now, I’m best off having you as my one and only! My ideal adopter will be experienced, committed, and happy to take things at my pace ⏳💙
