- Health & safety screening:
During check-in, you will be asked if your pet is in good general health.
You will also be asked to follow infection control procedures, such as using hand sanitiser and maintaining safe distances where possible.
- Waiting area:
A seated waiting area will be available while you wait.
Please note:
- Vaccination only:
This service is strictly for vaccinations only.
If your pet requires additional veterinary care, we will ask you to make an appointment to return to our clinic on a separate day. - Vaccine supplies are limited
- You will need to provide proof of residence when you arrive (ie Driver’s Licence)
Important guidelines for pet owners
To ensure the day runs smoothly and safely for everyone, we ask that you:
- Keep all dogs on leads:
All dogs must be on a secure lead at all times.
- Notify us of any reactive behaviour:
If your dog is reactive to other dogs or people, please inform the check-in attendant. We will:
-
- Communicate this to the vet and nurse
- Take necessary precautions
- Provide a muzzle if needed
- Be patient:
This service is in high demand, and we’re committed to helping as many pets as possible. Your patience and cooperation mean a lot to our team and fellow pet owners.
