Say hello to Chuck! This gentle panther has seen more than his fair share in his first year of living but rather than hardening his heart, these hardships have only strengthened his character and helped to reconfirm what a sweetheart he truly is. It's no lie to say that Chuck thrives in adversity. Since coming into the care of AWLQ, he has overcome illness, injury and every other hurdle life has thrown his way. He's buckled down during these tough times and come out of it unscathed and ready to find his forever home where he can finally kick back, relax and enjoy the company of his favourite human friends. Chuck is looking for a calm home where he can live out the rest of his life in the luxury of the great indoors. He's done his time outside and is ready to bid farewell to the streets for good. He already knows how to well and truly act like a pampered house-kitty, from sitting on your lap to munching from his food bowls and cosying up in a soft igloo bed. When it comes to the other residents of the home, Chuck is not a fussy boy. He doesn't mind the company of other cool cats like himself and would be just as happy in a household with kids as without. One thing you should know about Chuck is that he has a condition called FIV. Rest assured, it's not nearly as scary as it may sound; in fact, many cats with this condition go on to live long, healthy and happy lives. All he asks is that he remain indoors and if there's another kitty in the household, that they also have FIV. If you've been looking to give that perfect home to a kitty who really knows what it is to value a loving family, then Chuck's your man!
