NOTE:

  1. If you live in the selected Ipswich suburbs in the above links , and have special hardship e.g. no income, or multiple stray unsocialised cats you are feeding, or a mother cat who is constantly breeding and has had several accidental litters, please email ipscat@awlqld.com.au and explain your special circumstances. The AWLQ Cat Assistance Team will contact/visit you to determine how they can help to address the issues, and may be able to provide further support
  1. If you do NOT live in the selected suburbs, and you need help with desexing costs, the National Desexing Network provides access to vets, Councils and organisations offering support:

    • email admin@ndn.org.au with your name, address, contact phone number and list the cats you need help with (including sex, age, and if pregnant/in season) and any urgent circumstances/special concerns OR
    • phone the National Desexing Network on 1300 368 992. If no one answers your call, state your name and phone number clearly and someone will call you back.
